Compatibility and security

Disabling or removing protection increases the risk of computer infection. A compatibility requirement does not establish that a file is safe. If your browser or antivirus displays a warning, stop the download or launch and send support the threat name and file source. Do not bypass the warning or restore a quarantined file without verification.

2026-10-08. This guide follows the revised DESYNC documentation. Disabling Windows security features reduces the protection of your PC. Change only the listed settings, save your BitLocker recovery key first if encryption is enabled, and do not try to turn every checker row green: some checks are informational or optional.

System requirements

  • An official, updated 64-bit installation of Windows 10 or Windows 11.
  • An Intel or AMD processor and an NVIDIA or AMD graphics card.
  • UEFI boot mode. Legacy mode is not supported.
  • Secure Boot and hardware virtualization must be disabled.
  • RuntimePack, DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++ are required.

Prepare the PC

  1. Download DESYNC System Checker from the official site, run the diagnostics and keep the initial TXT report locally. The report contains PC identifiers, so do not post it publicly.
  2. The developer states that this product is incompatible with active protection components: antivirus, FACEIT Anti-Cheat, Riot Vanguard.
  3. Install any missing RuntimePack, DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++ components. The checker detects them but does not install them.
  4. In BIOS / UEFI, verify that UEFI is enabled while Secure Boot and hardware virtualization are disabled. If the PC currently uses Legacy mode, do not switch it blindly: contact our support first or Windows may stop booting.
  5. The developer states that this product is incompatible with active protection components: Windows Defender, SmartScreen, Smart App Control, PUA, Hyper-V. Enable all three ASLR options: mandatory image relocation, randomize memory allocations and high entropy.
  6. For PUBG and EFT, keep the Windows taskbar at the bottom of the screen. The standalone SPOOFER does not require this.
  7. After the required restarts, run the diagnostics again and compare the result with the first report.

DESYNC System Checker diagnostics do not change settings or send anything; the TXT report stays on your PC. The checker does not require a separate .NET or Visual C++ installation, but you still need to check and install the components required by DESYNC.

Apply settings through the checker separately: add only the required actions to the queue, review the list, approve the changes as administrator and wait for the result to be checked again. Restart manually when requested. Change SmartScreen and real-time Defender protection in Windows itself. If Smart App Control is in Evaluation mode and its switch is unavailable, contact our support. Windows may enable Defender again, so check it before every launch. Checker and settings rollback guide.

First loader launch

  1. Open the current official loader page and use its copy button to copy the command. The command may change, so do not reuse an old copy from a saved message.
  2. Press Win + R, enter powershell, press Enter, paste the complete command and approve the administrator prompt.
  3. Activate the subscription key once, close the loader completely and open it again with the same command.
  4. Select the product. If the program requests an initial preparation restart, reboot the PC, reopen the loader and continue.
The key is single-use. Do not enter an already used key again. If a new key is rejected, check that it was copied completely without extra spaces or characters. To transfer an active subscription, contact our support: the transfer form must be completed fully and accurately; entering the key again or sending a regular message does not replace the form. Include the order number and an error screenshot.

Before purchase and launch

A separate SPOOFER subscription is required for standalone use. PUBG and EFT subscriptions provide the built-in spoofer only together with the corresponding cheat. Standalone SPOOFER compatibility is officially confirmed for PUBG and EFT; ask our support about another game before buying.

Launch Desync Spoofer

  1. Open the loader and select Spoofer.
  2. Enable “Clear all traces” when needed. Trace cleaning is off by default.
  3. Click “Launch cheat”. There is no separate success window.
  4. If needed, reopen DESYNC System Checker and compare the identifiers with the initial TXT report.
  5. Launch the game.

Duration and the next session

The spoof remains active only until the computer restarts. Run the spoofer again after every reboot. “Use last configuration” applies the previous spoofed identifiers; it does not restore the PC's original identifiers.

Repeat launch procedure

  1. After the game closes or crashes, restarting the PC is recommended. If it has already restarted, continue with the next step.
  2. Check the required settings, especially real-time Defender protection. You do not need to repeat the entire preparation and component installation before every session if nothing has changed. After Windows changes or a launch error, check the PC again with the checker.
  3. Open the loader with the current command, select the product and required options. Do not reactivate a used key. If you use a spoofer, launch it again after restarting.
  4. Click “Launch cheat”, then open the game. For PUBG and EFT, wait for the lobby, press F2, then Home or Insert. The standalone SPOOFER does not require these keys.

If launch fails

If a launch problem occurs, contact our support and include the order number, exact error text and a screenshot.

If the loader opens

  1. Enable logging, close the loader completely and reopen it. Enabling logging without restarting is not enough.
  2. Reproduce the problem and open the Support section in the loader.
  3. Enter your Telegram tag and problem description. Put the ticket number in the description: there is no separate field for it.
  4. Click “Send logs to developer”. This sends logs, a minidump and checker data; ordinary diagnostics in the separate checker do not send anything.
  5. Send screenshots and videos in the ticket. You may also attach the TXT report. Keep logging enabled until the materials have been collected and sent.

If the loader does not open

Send the step where the problem occurs, exact error text and screenshot, and a video and TXT report when available. If the checker also fails to start, contact support without a report and mention its error separately. Describe the expected result, actual behavior, steps and whether the error persists after restarting; mention recent Windows changes. Reports and dumps may contain sensitive data: share them only with trusted support in your ticket. Prepare a full BSOD dump separately only when support requests it.

Subscription and maintenance

During maintenance, subscription time is frozen or compensated. Ask our support for details.
