返回原结账或交付页面，并查看该平台的邮件。获取方式取决于所选卖家。无法访问时使用订单中的卖家联系方式。不要通过无关链接新建账户；不存在适用于所有购买的通用账户。
邮件未收到或丢失，如何找回购买记录？
检查购买时使用的邮箱、垃圾邮件和原订单页面。通过 DigiSeller/Oplata 购买的商品，可用同一邮箱在 oplata.info 恢复访问。其他结账平台请使用其原页面或卖家联系方式；Oplata 不保存所有外部平台的购买记录。
